About Land of the Lustrous
Phosphophyllite is the weakest of the gemlike Lustrous, until battlefield losses start replacing parts of their body and changing who they are. Orange adapted the opening stretch of Haruko Ichikawa's manga as a 12-episode 3D series in 2017, and it covers the story in a straight line.
Good to know
The manga ran from October 2012 to April 2024 and finished at 13 volumes, so the full story exists even though no second anime season had been announced as of September 2026.
