About The Oblongs
The Oblongs was created by Angus Oblong and Jace Richdale from Oblong's book Creepy Susie. It follows Milo Oblong and his family in the polluted Valley, voiced by Will Ferrell, Jean Smart, Pamela Adlon and the Sklar brothers. Eight episodes aired on The WB from April 1 to May 20, 2001. The theme was performed by They Might Be Giants.
Watch in production order. The WB aired episodes out of order and used Disfigured Debbie as a finale. Adult Swim aired all 13 in production order from August 25 to October 20, 2002, ending with Father of the Bribe.
Good to know
Year range 2001 to 2002 reflects the Adult Swim burn off; the WB run ended in 2001. The DVD released October 4, 2005 includes all 13 episodes. No revival or new season has been announced as of September 2026.
