About The Tick
The Tick has three screen versions, and each is its own continuity with its own Arthur. The 1994 Fox Kids cartoon ran 36 episodes, the 2001 Fox sitcom ran 9, and the Amazon series ran 22 episodes across two seasons.
Release order is recommended because each version riffs on the superhero shows of its own era. You can start with any of them without missing anything.
Good to know
Amazon cancelled the 2016 series after its second season in June 2019, and creator Ben Edlund could not find it a new home. No new Tick series has been announced since.
