About Austin Powers
Mike Myers created Austin Powers as a tribute to 1960s Swinging London and the Bond films he grew up on, playing both the hero and Dr. Evil.
All three films were directed by Jay Roach for New Line, and the story runs straight through, so release order is story order.
Good to know
Myers answered yes when asked about a fourth film on Trevor Noah's World Cup Watch Party in June 2026 and posted it was coming soon that July, but no studio, date or production start has been confirmed. Treat a fourth film as a rumor until cameras roll.
