Bella Swan moves to Forks, Washington, falls for vampire Edward Cullen, and gets drawn into a feud between his coven, a werewolf pack, and the Volturi rulers. Five films released from 2008 to 2012 adapt all four of Stephenie Meyer's novels, with the final book split into two parts. Release order matches story order, so one list covers both.
The saga is growing again. Netflix and Lionsgate are producing Midnight Sun, an animated series retelling the first novel from Edward's perspective, with Meyer aboard as an executive producer. Casting documents pointed to production in Los Angeles from August 2026 through May 2027, which puts a premiere in late 2027 or 2028 at the earliest.

Midnight Sun has no confirmed release date as of September 17, 2026. The production window comes from casting sheets reported by the press, not from an official Netflix schedule, so treat the premiere estimate as a guess.
