About Money Heist
Money Heist (La Casa de Papel) follows the Professor and his crew through two long-planned heists, first on the Royal Mint of Spain and then on the Bank of Spain. The story ran on Antena 3 in 2017 before Netflix continued it with parts 3 to 5, ending in December 2021.
Berlin is a prequel spinoff about the thief Berlin and his own crew in Paris and Seville. It assumes you know the main show, so watch it after part 5 even though it happens earlier.
Good to know
Netflix counts the original run as 3 seasons in 5 parts; this list uses the part numbering viewers see on Netflix. The South Korean remake, Money Heist: Korea, Joint Economic Area (2022), retells the Mint heist in its own setting and is not required viewing. A further Money Heist show bringing back the Professor has been reported, but no title or date had been confirmed as of 2026-09-17.
