About Gunbuster
Noriko Takaya trains to pilot the Gunbuster against the Space Monsters while time dilation keeps pulling her away from everyone she knows.
Diebuster follows a new pilot named Nono about 12,000 years later, and its ending connects directly back to the first series.
Good to know
Release order and story order are the same list, so there is no separate chronological order to track. The 2006 Gattai double feature only condenses both OVAs, so watch the two six-episode OVAs instead.
