About Fallout
Prime Video's Fallout stars Ella Purnell as vault dweller Lucy, Aaron Moten as Maximus and Walton Goggins as the Ghoul in a Mojave wasteland set 200 years after the bombs. Season 1 dropped all eight episodes on April 10 2024, while season 2 moved the story to New Vegas with weekly episodes from December 2025 to February 2026.
This guide covers the show only. The Bethesda games share the setting and add background, but the series tells a standalone story and no game knowledge is required.
Good to know
Season 2 premiered a day early on Dec 16 2025 and ran weekly to a Feb 4 2026 finale. Season 3 was renewed in May 2025, before season 2 aired, and has no release date yet. The showrunners have talked about the series running up to six seasons, but only season 3 is confirmed.
