About Blood
The Blood franchise spans three separate continuities that share a vampire-hunting Saya with a katana. Blood+ runs 50 episodes from 2005 to 2006, while Blood-C runs 12 episodes from 2011 with a 2012 closing film.
Good to know
The three branches share themes, not plot, so no single chronological order connects them. The 2009 live-action Blood: The Last Vampire adapts the 2000 film and is optional.
